Additional information regarding church attendance for applications under priority 4
Attendance at St Mary's and St Annes:
To demonstrate the attendance requirements have been adequately fulfilled, parents and their children can attend any of the following Sunday services.
8am Holy Communion (St Mary's)
8.30am Breakfast Church (St Anne's Church Hall, monthly)
10am Sung Eucharist or Intergenerational Service (St Mary's)
11am Sung Eucharist (St Anne's)
6.30pm Evening Service (St Mary's)

At each service there will be a dated sign-in sheet at the welcome desk. Please sign in each time you attend, with both adult and children's names, to record your attendance at the service. This information from the sign-in sheets will be used as supporting evidence for completion of the Supplementatry Information Form.
It is the responsibility of the parent/carer when they attend with their child to ensure the signing-in process is completed.
Attendance at St Agnes:
At each morning service at St Agnes, there will be a dated sign-in sheet for school attendance at the back of church. Please sign in each time you attend, with both adult and children's names. The information from the sign-in sheets will be used as supporting evidence for completion of the Supplementatry Information Form.
It is the responsibility of the parent/carer when they attend with their child to ensure the signing-in process is completed.
