PE and Sport Premium

At Moseley Church of England Primary School, we believe that physical education and sport play a vital role in supporting every child’s health, wellbeing and personal development. The PE and Sport Premium is additional funding provided by the government to help primary schools improve the quality and breadth of their PE and sport provision.

We use this funding to:

• Increase pupils’ participation in regular physical activity and sport

• Develop staff confidence and expertise in teaching PE

• Broaden the range of sports and activities available to all pupils

• Promote healthy, active lifestyles both in and beyond the school day

• Strengthen links with local clubs and competitive sporting opportunities

Each year we publish a detailed report showing how the funding has been spent, the impact on pupils’ engagement and achievement, and how improvements will be sustained for the future. These documents can be found below.
